Who are we?
Why are we here?
Where are we going?
How can we change our lives?
Soul Explorer investigates these questions in an ongoing series of one-day workshops of teaching, discussion and experiential learning
Soul Explorer’s one-day workshops combine kundalini yoga and meditation with teaching, discussion and experiential learning to explore the questions: Who are we? Why are we here? Where are we going? How can we change our lives? Each workshop works on a standalone basis, requiring neither previous experience of any kind nor previous attendance at any other Soul Explorer module. Together they comprise a full programme of spiritual exploration, with each individual workshop offering insight into a particular aspect of our relationship with the universe.
The workshops run from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm with an hour’s break for lunch. There are many local cafés and other food outlets in the near vicinity offering a wide range of choice for all dietary requirements, or you are welcome to bring your own packed lunch. Mats and relaxation blankets are provided, though you may bring your own if you prefer, along with a notepad if you wish to take notes, though this is not essential. Please wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
If there is something in your life you wish to work through, be it a relationship, a troublesome memory, an issue at work or just plain feeling stuck, this is the place for you.
